Designed with an L-shaped form factor for dual-chamber chassis, the Edge V2 power supplies include modular cables and pair with Edge Hub V2 or Edge Hub ADV. The hubs expand USB connectivity with real-time bandwidth monitoring through L-Connect 3, while the Hub ADV adds temperature monitoring and protection, including real-time thermal tracking for GPU power cables. The Edge Gold V2 starts at $99.99 for the 850W model, and the Edge Platinum V2 starts at $164.99 for the 1000W model.

L-Shape Design for Dual-Chamber Builds
​Both Edge Gold V2 and Edge Platinum V2 are L-shaped designed, engineered for dual-chamber cases. The form factor re-orients connectors outward, keeping cable runs out of the main chamber and simplifying overall cable management. Dimensions and mounting geometry are the same across all Edge V2 wattages at 182mm x 86mm x 150mm.

Edge Hub V2 and Edge Hub ADV: USB/PWM Expansion and GPU Thermal Monitoring
​The 1000W Gold V2 and 1000W/1200W Platinum V2 models include Edge Hub V2, which provides six independently controlled PWM fan channels alongside four USB ports. Its upgraded architecture uses a direct chipset-to-USB signal path and dual 1-to-4 parallel hub chips to divide bandwidth more effectively, while real-time monitoring in L-Connect 3 identifies high USB loads before they cause screen freezes, signal drops, or display glitches across connected LCD fans, AIO displays, Strimer devices, and other internal USB peripherals.

The 1350W Platinum V2 includes the Edge Hub ADV, which maintains the same USB expansion ports and six-channel PWM fan connections but introduces advanced thermal monitoring. NTC sensors measure temperatures on up to two 12V-2x6 GPU cables and within the hub itself. An onboard 32-bit ARM MCU provides visual alerts via L-connect 3 or sends email notifications if the user isn't at their PC. If temperatures stay above the threshold for 15 minutes, the system automatically shuts down as a safeguard. Both hubs have magnetic mounting and can be purchased separately.

Cabling and Maintenance
​Edge Gold V2 features flat cables with a braided-texture finish, while Edge Platinum V2 includes individually braided cables with pre-installed cable combs on the 20+4-pin motherboard and 12V-2x6 GPU cables, along with a dual-color 12V-2x6 connector housing that helps users confirm the connector is fully inserted. The 1350W Platinum V2 also includes an additional set of shortened 20+4-pin and 12V-2x6 cables for back-connect motherboards and Strimer RGB cable installations, plus a dedicated 12V-2x6 cable with a GPU-side thermal sensor connected to Edge Hub ADV. For easier maintenance, the Edge Gold V2 and Edge Gold Platinum V2 PSUs feature a removable magnetic dust filter, with the Platinum V2 series also including a 360-hour cleaning reminder that changes the internal indicator LED to red once the fan runtime threshold is reached.
